Sobha One Residences Apartments
Sobha One Residences apartments, also known as Sobha One Residence, is a modern residential project in Hoskote, East Bangalore. It is part of a large 300-acre integrated township. The first phase, called One Residences, is built on 48 acres of land.
This phase will offer more than 3,484 luxury apartments in 14 high-rise towers. The first stage will include 10 towers with 45/46 typical floors, making them among the tallest residential buildings in the area. The project is planned as a "city within a city", with homes, open spaces, and modern facilities inside the township.

The project is currently in the pre-launch stage. It received Karnataka RERA approval on 08 May 2026 (all 6 phases of One Residences under Approved Plan No. STRRPA/TP/CC/652/2025-26/318). Per-phase possession dates range from Jul 2032 (Phase 1) to Sep 2033 (Phase 6) per Karnataka RERA filings.
