Sobha One World has Karnataka RERA approval for all 6 phases of One Residences. Approvals
were issued on 8 May 2026. Each of the 14 towers carries a phase-wise RERA number. Phase 1
(Wings 1 and 2) RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/080526/008634.
This is one of the few East Bangalore projects where full RERA registration came before the
launch date. Buyers can verify all six phase numbers directly on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
