The machine cleans the water completely so the maintenance staff can reuse it to water the lawns, plants, and forest trails. This system keeps the community green without buying expensive water tankers.

With thousands of families living inside the first phase, daily garbage can easily turn into a big mess. To prevent this, the society uses a strict waste management system.

You have to separate your wet food scraps from dry plastics right inside your kitchen. Sobha has installed large organic waste converters on the property. These machines break down vegetable peels and leftover food, turning them into dry, organic manure.
