The mall is located close to the Government Medical College and also other villa and apartment projects for sale. The expansion of the mall will further boost the rents by 22%. The mall has already boosted 85% pre-leasing, indicating strong demand for properties.

Sobha Metropolis Arcade is an upcoming retail and convenience hub. It is located within the Sobha Metropolis residential township in Kuttanellur, Thrissur. Launched in March 2021 as part of the 8.44-acre well-planned township.

The arcade covers about 20,000 sq. ft. It is designed to house a mini-supermarket, coffee shop, and essential retail stores to serve residents. The project is RERA approved (Registration No: K-RERA/PRJ/TSR/002/2021) and is currently under construction.

The arcade is expected to be fully ready for use by the end of Dec 2026. It will be completed with the 1st phase of the luxury residential project’s completion.
