Sobha Sold Out / Completed Projects in Delhi 2026 Update

By 2026, Sobha Limited will have become one of the most trusted real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR region. The brand is known for strong build quality and on-time delivery. While Sobha is now working on large new townships, its reputation comes from projects that are already complete and fully occupied.

Here’s a quick update for 2026 on six big Sobha projects that have turned into lively residential communities.

1. International City (Phase 1)

International City Phase 1 is a luxury villa community located in Sector 109, Gurgaon, right near the Delhi border. It spans 36 acres, giving you a laid-back, low-density vibe. Launched back in June 2011, the project consists of 341 villas and duplex homes, offering 3, 4, and 5 BHK layouts. People started moving in around August 2018, and the whole area is set to be fully developed by 2026. Even though it kicked off before RERA, it’s still praised for its solid design and top-notch infrastructure.

2. Sobha City (Phases 1–3)

Sobha City is a big township that spans 39 acres along Dwarka Expressway in Sector 108. The first three phases are totally sold out and done. By 2026, over 1,100 families will be living there. These phases kicked off in January 2017 and are registered under RERA numbers 86 of 2017 and 115 of 2017. Between 2021 and 2023, around 850 apartments were handed over. The project features plenty of open spaces, with 8.5 acres of greenery and a large cricket ground, making it perfect for modern city living.

3. Sobha Smriti Apartments

Sobha Smriti is one of the first projects from the developer in Gurgaon, situated in Sector 56, not far from Golf Course Road. The place covers 2 acres and features 92 apartments in a G+16 building. It kicked off in August 2006 and wrapped up in December 2008. Even in 2026, it's still a hit in the resale market thanks to its great location and solid construction quality.

4. International City – Limited Edition

The Limited Edition homes are part of the larger International City township in Sector 109, and they're all sold out now. These awesome villas and independent floors offer spacious living, with 4 BHK units that are about 4,788 sq. ft. Possession wrapped up in 2022, and the area is fully developed with plenty of greenery. What makes it really appealing is its stylish design and its proximity to IGI Airport, which is just a quick 15-minute drive away via the Dwarka Expressway.

5. Sobha City – Vista Residences (Completed Towers)

Vista Residences is a fancy section in Sobha City. Some of the towers are already sold out and occupied. This part of the project spans 16.4 acres and is registered under RERA GGM/318/50/2019/12. By 2024, about 200 units were delivered. Residents get to enjoy open views, nice finishes, and great amenities. By 2026, all the towers will be fully active, becoming part of a growing township.

6. Sobha International City (Phase 2)

Phase 2 of International City really expanded the area with some upscale homes in Sector 109. It spans about 43 acres and has over 400 villas and row houses. They kicked off the project back in 2013, and most of the homes were ready by 2020. By 2026, it turned into a fully developed community with solid security, good road access, and modern amenities.
